Payments

 Net Metering & Government Approvals

• Net metering is subject to NEPRA and respective DISCO approvals.

• K&S Solar Energy Pvt. Ltd. assists in documentation and application but does not guarantee approval timelines, which depend on authorities.

Warranty & Maintenance

• Equipment warranties are provided by manufacturers as per their policy.

• Installation workmanship warranty and 1 Year Free Maintenance (if offered) cover basic service and inspection only.

• Damage due to misuse, natural disasters, unauthorized modification, or negligence is not covered.

 Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information for site survey and documentation

• Ensure access to the site during installation and maintenance

• Obtain any necessary building or property permissions if required

 Intellectual Property
